Grace L. Girard, 73, of Paisley Road, entered into the arms of the Lord on February 12, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Grace was born August 11, 1952 in Albany, New York, the daughter of Evelyn Boyle and the late Melville Bookhout.
Grace was employed as a CNA for the Glendale Nursing Home in Glenville, New York until retiring.
Survivors include her loving husband, Thomas G. Girard, her mother, Evelyn Ruth, two daughters, Lynn (Butch) Bouteiller and Deane (Chuck) Sherman, and two sisters, Laurie (James) Barone and Hollie (Henry) Lohn.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by one grandson, Tommy Girard. She is survived by two grandsons, Tyler and Drew Sherman.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Calling Hours will be held prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Schenectady, NY 12306.
Burial will take place at Schenectady Memorial Park.
