Giuseppina (Agostara) Tamburello

Schenectady – Giuseppina Tamburello, 87, passed away on Friday February 16, 2018. Born in Palermo, Italy, Giuseppina came to the United States in 1972. She was a seamstress while living in Schenectady and also was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Her husband, Ernest Tamburello, passed away in 1996. She is survived by her sister, Teresa Caruso of Brooklyn. Niece; Nancy Magaldo of Long Island. Nephew; Alberto Caruso of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews in Italy. A calling hour will be held Friday from 8:30-9:30 am at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A 10 am Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Entombment in the family mausoleum at St. Joseph’s cemetery.
