Garrett Michael Rossetti Sr.

Niskayuna – Garrett Michael Rossetti Sr., 49, passed away at home on Saturday November 18, 2023. Son of the late Robert and Carin Rossetti, Garrett was a life-long resident of Niskayuna.

Garrett graduated from Niskayuna High School in 1993 and continued his studies at Schenectady County Community College. He was a general contractor working for both himself and also at times with his family. An entrepreneur at heart, Garrett formerly owned a toy store, comic shop and a pizzeria. He was also, briefly, a professional wrestler, wrestling under the name The Austrian Piledriver.

He is survived by his wife Heidi (Stoddard) Rossetti, his three children Garrett Michael Rossetti Jr., Michael Garrett Rossetti and Catherine Garrett Rossetti.

He also leaves behind 2 brothers Victor Rossetti and Darin Podrazik as well as several cousins, aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be held Thursday November 30th from 5-7 pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam.

A 7 pm service will immediately follow.
