Clifton Park - Frederick J. Harding, 94, of Clifton Park, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at his home with his three daughters by his side. Frederick came to the United States with his wife, Elizabeth, in 1951.They were married 64 years.Elizabeth went to be with the Lord in 2010.Frederick served in the British Army, in the Liverpool Welsh Royal Tank Regiment in World War II.Frederick worked many years as an electronic technician for various businesses and was later self-employed as Crescent Electronics in Clifton Park, before retiring. Over the years He enjoyed his time spent as a Ham Radio Operator, learning more and working on electronics all while restoring his MG. Frederick will be remembered most for his love of family. He was active in church over the years at Calvary Tabernacle in Schenectady and more recently attended Faith Baptist in Rexford. He is survived by three loving daughters, Ruth (Raymond) Diaz of Clifton Park, Susan (David) DiGesare of Niskayuna and Annette (Michael) DiGesare of Guilderland.He was the loving grandfather of Christina (Adam) Williams, Jonathan (Kathryn) Diaz, Alicia (Paul) Amedore, Jaimee (Sean) Willcoxon, Jennifer (Greg) DeLorenzo, Ashley (Paul) Hodorowski, Michael (Kourtney) DiGesare, Matthew (fiancee, Briana Corradi) DiGesare and Marisa (Christopher) DiCocco. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Frederick also leaves behind his sister Margaret (Ron) Davies of England and was predeceased by his sister Janet Harding. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Community Hospice of Saratoga and especially to Dad's nurses Carol & Pat. Calling hours will be held Monday April 11, 2016 from 4-7 p.m at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m Tuesday at Faith Baptist Church 11 Glenridge Rd., Rexford. Burial, next to his beloved Elizabeth, will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie.
