Esther Bienick

Rotterdam- Esther Bienick, 61, at rest Monday, September 8, 2014, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Esther was born in Schenectady. She was a graduate of the Schenectady BOCES LPN program and was employed with Rely Health Care in Schenectady for many years.Esther was a proud member of: the Alpha Phi Sorority; Women of the Moose - Lodge #251, and the Moose Riders. She also enjoyed going to the Casino and spending time at Myrtle Beach. Esther was the beloved wife of 36 years to the late Joseph A. Bienick (2009); beloved mother of Tammy Paxton and her husband Bob; doting grandmother of Drew Paxton; all of Johnstown; beloved sister of Ray (Liz) Holub of Saratoga, Ed (Martha) Holub of Ballston Lake and the late Crystal Evans. Esther will be missed by many other family and friends she leaves behind. A calling hour will be held Friday, September 12 from 10am to 12 noon at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam. A funeral service will immediately follow at noon. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
