Eleonora (Guzzo) Madia

Eleonora Madia, 83, passed away at home on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Eleonora was born in Pianopoli, Italy to the late Rosina and Saverio Guzzo. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Madia and three children, Frank (Sue) Madia, Sammy (Jean) Madia, and Tina (Paul)Corradi.She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Adam Madia, Danielle Madia, Rachel Madia, Stephen Madia, Rebecca Hughes, Briana Corradi and Paul Corradi, Jr., along with her two great grandchildren and brother, Saverio (Maria) Guzzo. A mass celebrating Eleonora's life will be held on Thursday, April 14th at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Pleasant Street in Schenectady. Memorial contributions may be made in remembrance of Eleonora to the Community Hospice, 295 Valley View Blvd., Rensselaer, NY 12144 and/or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
