Edward "Eddie" Viscusi

Rotterdam- Edward "Eddie" Viscusi, 55, at peace, Saturday, April 13, 2013. Eddie was born in Schenectady and was a lifelong Rotterdam resident. He was a graduate of Draper High School and graduated from SCCC with an Associate's Degree in Business. He was employed as Office Manager with Horizon Food Equipment in Schenectady. Eddie loved the Yankees, the Giants and Lakers and greatly enjoyed his poker night with his buddies. He and his sister affectionately loved a good argument with one another. Edward was the beloved son of Charles A. Viscusi Jr. and the late Dorothy A. Viscusi; beloved brother of Linda (Thomas) Ferri; beloved uncle of Eddy Frank (Danielle) Ferri, Lisa Marie (Jim) Ferri; all of Rotterdam. Also, he is survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and "Spanky" the cat and predeceased by "Yankee" the cat. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, April 16 from 5 to 7:30pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam. A funeral service will be held Wednesday 10am at the funeral home, the Rev. Sue Koehler-Arsenault officiating. Burial will follow in St. Cyril/Methodius Cemetery, Rotterdam. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eddie's name may be made to the Animal Protective Foundation 53 Maple Avenue, Scotia, N.Y.12302-4613.
