Douglas I Craig

Douglas I. Craig passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. He was born on September 18, 1938 in Schenectady, NY. Upon completion of high school in 1956, Douglas immediatelyentered the US Navy. After his military service, he gave his lifeto be a servant of the Lord in his faith. When health would no longer allow for the ministry work, and after some time of recovery in TN, he returned home to Schenectady to drive truck for North American Van Lines. When his parents required more care, he left his trucking job to be a full-time caregiverat their home until they both passed away. He continued to live in the family home until his own illness recently. Douglas is survived by brother Norman Craig and sister Shirley Kopmeyer. Predeceased by his parents James and Anne Craig, sister Christine Nims and brother Alan Craig.Burial service will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 at Memory Gardens at 10:00 a.m.
