Dominic Orologio Jr.

Dominic (Skip) Orologio Jr., age 74, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. He was the loving son of his late parents, Dominic Orologio, Sr. and Rosemary (DeLap) Orologio. He grew up in Rotterdam Jct, graduated from Schalmont High School, and moved to Pattersonville after he married.

Skip is predeceased by brothers Robert and Jeffery, and sister Bonnie (Pedone) Orologio, and niece Maria Pedone. He is survived by his loving brother and best friend, David, sister-in-law Tana Orologio (Jeff) and several nieces and nephews.

Skip is survived by his loving wife and travel buddy of 53 years, Patti (Farrington) Orologio. Together they enjoyed motorhome camping locally and up and down the East Coast for over 40 years, as well as trips to Italy, NYC and the Caribbean. He was a very caring father and is survived by their three sons, Dominic (Nick) (Sandi Harari), Ben (Brittany Wahrman) and Adam (Katie Korona). He was a wonderful Grampa/Papa to his five grandchildren, Toby, Margot, Jake, Ethan and Abby.

Skip enjoyed Nascar, Earnhardt #3 of course, and shark tooth hunting on the Florida beaches. But his life-long passion was HD motorcycles, from painting and building bikes, to long rides in NY or FL.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 1-3pm, at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam NY.
