Dolores Ella (Bordinger) Ostrander

Scotia, NY-Dolores Ella Ostrander, age 86, of Scotia, passed away on Thursday morning, November 5, 2015 at Baptist Nursing and Rehab Center, Scotia. She was born on April 14, 1929 in Oneonta, daughter of the late William G. and Mildred (Hendricks) Bordinger and educated in Oneonta schools.In 1948, she was united in marriage with Roger Ostrander who preceded her in death in 2004.She was last employed with the former William Wells Dermatology Office, Schenectady. Mrs. Ostrander personally enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts.She and her husband were so proud of the doll houses they built.She will be sadly missed by her loved ones.She leaves her son, Steven Ostrander and wife Diane of Rotterdam.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a graveside service commencing at 11 am on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Roger.
