Dino Joseph Dell Veneri

Rotterdam- Dino Dell Veneri 85, of Rotterdam passed away peacefully on November 3, 2017 at Ellis Hospital surrounded by his beloved family. He was born Rutland VT in 1932 a son of the late Dominic and Josephine Dell Veneri. He was educated in St Peter’s School in Rutland Vt.. He married Antoinetta Grasso on April 2 1964. For many years Dino was a baker and then spent 21 years employed at GE Schenectady. Dino was a quiet simple unassuming man who is lovingly remembered as a devoted husband father and grandfather. Dino is survived by his wife Antonietta their children Josephine and son in law Frank Macerola of Guilderland and two sons Nicholas and Michael Dell Veneri both of Rotterdam. He is also survived by his two adoring grandsons Anthony and Joseph Macerola of Guilderland, 4 sisters Mary Manfriti, Gloria Levins, Rita Obrien and Lucy Gelestino and three sister in laws Bruna Grasso Giovannina Dell Veneri and Patty Dell Veneri and many nieces and nephews and cousins. Dino was predeceased in death by his parents 8 brothers and 6 sisters. Family and friends are invited to call at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home Inc 1605 Helderberg Ave Rotterdam on Tuesday November 7, 2017 from 9 am to 10;30am .Immediately following a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am at Mt Carmel Church Schenectady. Interment will follow at St Cyril’s Cemetery Rotterdam Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association and or The CCFA .
