Daniel R Bibeau

Schenectady, NY. Daniel R. Bibeau age, 81. Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 30, 2021 at Ellis Hospital.
Born in Oneonta, NY he was the son of the late Daniel and Lise (Gauthier) Bibeau.
Daniel is survived by his daughter, Nicolle Bibeau and his nephew Shayne and (Tara) Ferris. Many family members and close friends survive as well.
Daniel was predeceased by his loving wife of 54 years Nancy Bibeau and their son Daniel Robert Bibeau in 1994.
Daniel graduated from Oneonta High School in 1962 and shortly there after he moved to the area where he graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 1970. He worked as a mechanic for over 50 years. In 1964 he married the love of his life Nancy. They enjoyed family trips to Oneonta, Canada and camping around the North East with their children. Daniel was a Boy Scout Leader for many years and was a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church on Union Street in Schenectady where he was a trustee and, on the operations board, taking care of the grounds and Buildings.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 4-7pm at the Demarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave, Schenectady. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 9,2025 at 11am at the First Presbyterian Church on Union Street in Schenectady.
