Dale R Meyer

Dale R. Meyer, 45 of Schenectady died Monday, August 18, 2014. Dale was born in Niskayuna, the son of Audrey Feidner Meyer and the late David R. Meyer.He loved playing football at both Draper High School and Mohonasen High School before graduating in 1988. Dale attended Ohio Diesel Tech Institute in Cleveland, Ohio.He owned and operated D & M Contracting in Rotterdam and was also co-owner of Biotech Energy Solutions. Dale was a diehard NY Yankee and Dallas Cowboy fan and also loved Notre Dame football. Dale is survived by his wife, Deanna Mancuso-Meyer, his mother, Audrey Meyer, three brothers, Michael Meyer, Scott (Margarita) Meyer and Kenneth (Katie) Meyer, his sister, Marlo (Robert) Carter and his beloved nieces and nephews, Jacob, Allison, Sophia, Taylor, Kenneth ,Nathan, Isabella, Madison and Benjamin. Calling hours will be held on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. followed by a brief service at 8 pm. Burial will be private
