Cynthia Roe

Schenectady- Cynthia Parkis Roe, 61 of Schenectady passed away on January 1 2016 after a short illness. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Roe, her mother Mabelle Writer and her father Billy Parkis Sr. and her brother Raymond Parkis. Cindy enjoyed baking, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children Bernard (Heather) Makowski, Briana (David) Vannordstrand and Benjamin (Kara) Makowski and her sister in law Maria Parkis Hewitt. Her brothers David (Sharon)Parkis and Billy (Darcee) Parkis and her sister Eleanor Parkis Cindy is also survived by her grandchildren Tyler, Keegan, Michael, Armand, Nathaniel ,Lucas and Sabrina. Family and friends are invited to call at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home Inc 1605 Helderberg Ave On Thursday January 7 2016 from 4 pm to 5 pm. A Memorial service will begin at 5 pm. Interment will be private. Memorial donations maybe made to the American Lung association and / or the American Diabetes.
