Cynthia M. Kopacz

SCHENECTADY - Cynthia M. Kopacz, 64, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 2, 2025. She was born in Schenectady on September 5, 1960 to the late Arthur and Gloria Campochiaro. After graduating from high school, she went to work for the NYS Comptroller, retiring in 2015. She enjoyed playing golf, bowling, playing bingo, traveling, and especially spending time with her sons, including taking them fishing. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Arthur Campochiaro,

She was the mother of Joseph, Justin, and Joshua Kopacz; sister to Louis and David Campochiaro; and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Memorial calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 11th from 5 to 7pm at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam, followed by a memorial service at 7pm.
