Craig Owen Edwards

Duanesburg - On Sunday, December 12, 2021, Craig Owen Edwards, 60, passed away at his home in Duanesburg. Born in Hazleton, PA, Craig was the son of the late Donald G. and Marilyn M. Edwards. He graduated from Dulaney High School in Cockeysville, MD and worked in the auto mechanics and construction fields, retiring from August Bohl Contracting in Glenmont. Craig was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also painted and repaired cars for family members and friends. He loved to tease and always seemed to have a joke to tell. Most of all, he loved the gospel story and was a man of pure and simple faith. Craig was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Scott Edwards. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Emily Ross Edwards; two children, Brittany Edwards of Missouri and Blake D. (Erin) Edwards of Ontario, Canada; his siblings, Allison (Joseph) Jagielski of Maryland, Blake M. Edwards (Denice Kaye) of Pennsylvania, Lisa Edwards of Maryland, and Beth Edwards (Wayne McElroy) also of Maryland; and many nieces and nephews. Craig loved them all dearly. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 18th from 9 to 11 AM at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 5216 Western Tpke. (Route 20) in Guilderland.
