Constance M "Connie" Tamburello

Schenectady- Constance "Connie" Sindoni Tamburello, 87, at rest Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Connie was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Eugene and Concetta (Castiglia) Sindoni. She was a graduate of Schenectady Schools. Connie was employed as a clerk with the State of New York in Albany. Connie was kind hearted and loving. Her greatest love was for her family. She was a wonderful artist, who enjoyed travel and visiting art museums. She was very fond of her pet bird, Percy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Connie was the beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Tamburello; beloved mother of the late David Sankowski; beloved grandmother of Lauren Sankowski and David Quillinan;beloved sister of Rosemarie Friello; and the late Matthew and Joseph Sindoni; Connie is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and in-laws. At Connie's request there will be no calling hours, however, family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be held Monday, January 12 at 9 am at the Church of St. Adalbert, Schenectady. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Connie's name may be made to the Church of St. Adalbert, 550 Lansing St. Schenectady, NY 12303-1195
