Christine M Parisi

Rotterdam- Christine M. Parisi, 58, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 14, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born in Schenectady, NY, she is the daughter of Vincent J. Ruzzo and the late AnnMarie C. Ruzzo (DiLorenzo). Christine graduated from Linton High School in the class of 1980, and she graduated from The College of Saint Rose in the class of 1985, with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She was employed at Congregation Agudat Achim as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She cherished raising her children as a stay-at-home mom. She loved tending to her garden, baking sweets of all kinds, and spending time with her family and friends. Christine is survived by her loving husband Adam G. Parisi, her children Andrew F. Parisi, Aaron C. Parisi, Christopher R. Parisi and Sarah E. Parisi, her father Vincent J. Ruzzo, her brothers Vincent J, Ruzzo (Linda) and Loreto J. Ruzzo (Inger Larson), her mother-in-law Marilyn D. Parisi, her brothers-in-law Matthew G. Parisi (Laura) and Gerard F. Parisi (Nicole), and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Christine is predeceased by her mother AnnMarie C. Ruzzo (DiLorenzo), and her father-in-law Frank N. Parisi. Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 18, from 4 pm to 7 pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12306. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 19, at 10 am at St. Anthony's Church in Schenectady. Burial will follow at St. Cyril & Method Cemetery in Rotterdam.
