Charlotte C Boff

Charlotte C. Boff, 82, formerly of Rotterdam, passed peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2017 in Hickory, NC. Charlotte was born in Long Island, NY, the daughter of the late Herbert and Charlotte (Schwender) Bennett. The family moved to this area when Charlotte was 6 years old. Charlotte was employed for several years as a waitress at the Albany County Airport and later worked for over 20 years as a receptionist at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in Schenectady before she retired. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, especially on QVC, her beloved cats and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Charlotte was also predeceased by her brother, Herbert G. Bennett Jr. She is survived by her son; James (Lisa) Boff of Sawmills, NC, her daughter; Denise (Gregory) Brzoza of Rotterdam, four grandchildren; Ronald Lamoureaux Jr, and Greg Lamoureaux, both of Rotterdam, Laura (Victor) Martinez of Kentucky, Leah Boff of North Carolina and her great grandson, Devon Lamoureaux, as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave.on Saturday, June 30th at 1 pm. Burial will be at Grove Cemetery in Delanson, NY.
