Charles Hallenbeck

ALBANY - Charles L. Hallenbeck, 69, was reunited with his dear wife, parents and ‘best buddy’, his beloved dog, Jack, on Sunday December 31, 2023. Born in Gloversville, NY, Chuck was the oldest son of the late James Hallenbeck and Mary Ann Angelo Hallenbeck and husband of Laura (Biondi) Hallenbeck who passed two years prior to the day in 2021. Although Chuck had no children, he loved his step-kids as if they were his own. Most recently he was a Service Advisor and spoke often of his friends from Fuccillo, the cruises and his time at DeNooyer. Chuck, an avid sports fan, was always cheering on the Yankees and Giants and most recently, his grandson, T-Man.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Lindsey (Chris) Giagni of Altamont, his step-son, Gregory (Angel) Allardice of Guilderland, his grandchildren Tyler, Alaina, Melissa, Marilyn and Patrick, his brother Michael (Rebecca) of Phoenix, AZ and brother in law, Alan (Milissa) Biondi of Albany as well as many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Our family would like to give our heartfelt thanks to Shaker Place Nursing Center for taking such good care of Chuck. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care and commitment.

Chuck will be laid to rest privately at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Johnstown. Arrangements by DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, Guilderland. Condolences can be posted at demarcostonefuneralhome.com.
