Carm Saglimbeni

Rotterdam – Carm Saglimbeni, 96, passed away on Saturday May 31, 2025. Born and raised in Schenectady he was the son of John and Venera (Imbesi) Saglimbeni. Carm worked at the General Electric Co. in Schenectady for 35 years retiring in 1989. Along with his parents he was predeceased by his wife Rose, his son Mark and brothers Daniel Saglimbeni, Frank Imbesi and Anthony Saglimbeni.

He is survived by his 2 daughters Debera J. (Robert) Saglimbeni-Post of Saratoga Springs and Venera S. “Dee Dee” Saglimbeni of Ballston Lake.

Three sisters Jenny (the late Louis) Abate of Springfield, MO, Mary (the late Joseph) Lima of Rotterdam and Esther (the late Paul) Marinello of Jacksonville, FL.

His brother John (Asenath) Saglimbeni of Colonie.

Carm also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family asks that flowers not be sent and contributions be made in Carm’s memory to the City Mission of Schenectady 425 Hamilton St., Schenectady, NY 12305
