Bernard A. Regels Jr.

Bernard A. Regels Jr., 61, suddenly passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

He was born on September 2, 1962 in Summerville Massachusetts to the late Bernard A. Regels Sr. and Barbara L Regels.

Bernard was a lifelong resident of Schenectady where he attended Mont Pleasant High School and later held a career in construction as a taper until his retirement in January of 2020.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, OTB, car racing, and cooking but more than anything he loved being with his family.

He is survived by his son Allen Regels of Rexford, NY, sisters Joann Regels and Shelly Facci as well as his brother Richard Regels (Theresa). He also leaves behind two nephews and five nieces who all live in the area.

A private gathering will take place at the convenience of the family.
