April Jubrey

April Jubrey, 48, of Guilderland passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Albany Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on January 10, 1976 to the late David Spawn and Susan Swanson Spawn. A lifelong area resident April graduated from Guilderland High School before becoming a hairdresser. She was most recently employed by Re-Nue Spa in Altamont.

In her spare time April enjoyed camping with her daughters and her dog, spending time with her grandchildren, and always being the life of the party and making sure everyone had a smile on their faces.

She is survived by her beloved daughters Shauna Jubrey (Chris)  and Cheyenne Jubrey (Greg), as well as her two grandchildren, Regan and Ashton, and numerous aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents David and Susan as well as her grandparents.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 10:00 am to 1:00pm at DeMarco Stone Funeral Home 5216 Western Ave, Guilderland, NY 12084 followed by procession to Prospect Hill Cemetery where April will be laid to rest.
