Antonetta Cassale

Antonetta Cassale, age 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, at Albany Medical Center in the company of her loving family. Antonetta was born on June 26th, 1934, in Dragoni, Province of Caserta, Italy to the late Joseph and Anna Miranda.

Antonetta and her husband, the late Felix, were wed on February 4th, 1965. With family at the center of her heart, Antonetta often expressed her love through delicious homemade meals and desserts. Along with cooking, she also cherished being surrounded by her siblings and their families for holidays and family gatherings.

Above all, Antonetta’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her children, Philip (Debra) Cassale and Anthony P. (Stacia) Cassale; her grandchildren, Brendon, Brittni, Nicole and Thomas, her great-grandchildren, Arianna, Isabelle, Elsea, Conrad, Ruby, and Mara; her loving siblings, Gilda Benacquista and her husband, Guy, Ida Bennice, Pasquale Miranda and his wife, Patricia, Anna Miranda, Elio Miranda and his wife, Marlene, Debbie Curto and her husband, Arthur; sisters-in-law, Rita Miranda and Mary Miranda; as well as a tremendous number of nieces and nephews.

Antonetta is predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Felix Cassale; her beloved mother, Nicolina Miranda; her brothers, Michael Miranda and Louis Miranda; her brother-in-law, Anthony Bennice, and her niece, Anna Maria Miranda.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, from 9:30 – 11:00 AM, at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam, NY.

A Funeral Blessing will begin at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at 12:00 Noon, in Saints Cyril and Method Cemetery, Rotterdam, NY.
