Antoinette (Ciavari) Delmonaco

Rotterdam – Antoinette Delmonaco, 95, passed away on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022. Born in Pietracupa, Province of Compobosso, Italy, Antoinette was the daughter of the late Florindo and Agnes Ciavari. She came to the United States to join her family in 1955 with her young son, Walter. Antoinette was very proud of her many years of workas agifted seamstress at the Belrod Factory as well as a line worker makingauto parts at Campbell Plastics. She enjoyed sewing, tending to her vegetable garden and living a life of independence. Antoinette lived at home by herself until the day she passed. Besides her parents, Antoinette was predeceased by her beloved husband, Agostino Delmonaco, her devoted son, Walter Delmonaco and her brother, Alessando Ciavari. She leaves behind her grandsons, Joseph M. Delmonaco (“J”Emily) and Steven A. Delmonaco (“St”Emily); great granddaughter, Lillian Delmonaco and daughter-in-law, Maria (Viscusi) Delmonaco. A graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held at 2pm on Friday, January 7th, at Saint Cyril Cemetery in Rotterdam.
