Anthony P Simone Jr

Guilderland- Anthony P. Simone, Jr. passed away on March 24, 2017 after a long illness. He was born in Schenectady. He was a graduate of Guilderland High School and served honorably in the United States Army. Anthony was employed for many years for Teal’s Express, Inc. He was a true at heart athlete; loved the Dodgers, Cleveland Browns UCONN, women’s basketball, watching and playing golf. He is survived by his loving second mother Angelina Simone, sons Anthony (Lisa) Simone III of Smithtown NY and Todd Simone of Albany and was a loving grandfather to Michael A. Simone. He also leaves behind his sisters Lisa (Jerry) Faucett of Florida, Mary Ann Coffey of Guilderland, and his brothers Joseph (Joan) Simone of Guilderland and Garry (Barbara) Simone of Central Bridge and several nieces and nephews. Anthony was predeceased by his father Anthony P. Simone Sr. and his mother Gladys Livingston Simone. Family and friends are invited to call at Guilderland’s DeMarco Stone Funeral Home Inc 5216 Western Turnpike Guilderland on Wednesday March 29, 2017 from 10 am to 12 pm. Immediately following funeral services will begin at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery Niskayuna NY.
