Ann (Tylka) Juliano

Schenectady – Ann Juliano, 91, formerly of Rotterdam, passed away on Monday, June 26th, 2017. Born in Carlisle, NY, Ann was the daughter of the late Peter and Theresa (Douzyrski) Tylka. Ann worked as a seamstress for many years for Susan B. Ltd. and Ursula of Switzerland. She loved to sew and spend time with her grandchildren. Ann is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Juliano and her sisters, Mary McCloud, Dorothy Harding, Helen Smith and Marge Barlow. She leaves behind her children, James A. Juliano, Joseph P. Juliano and Linda Bikowicz (Don), her grandchildren, Colleen Backus (Kevin), Jason Bikowicz (Katie), Joseph Juliano Jr. (Tracy) and Amy Carmel (Rob) as well as her great grandchildren, Jessica & Nicole Backus, Ashley & Alissa Bikowicz and Kodi & Taylor Carmel. She also leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Lori Juliano. Calling hours will be held on Thursday morning from 9-10am at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. Funeral services will begin at 10am at the funeral homeimmediately following the visitation.Interment will be in St. Cyril’s Cemetery, Rotterdam.
