Ann Articolo

Rotterdam- Ann Articolo, 103, of Rotterdam passed away at her home on Monday, January 10, 2022. Ann was born in Amsterdam NY the daughter of the late Frank and Carmela Ricci Ambesi. She worked for the Woolworth's Department Stores in Schenectady and Niskayuna. Ann retiredafter 26 years as a personnel manager. In addition to her parents, Ann was also predeceased by her husband of 54 years, OrlandoArticolo, who died in 1996 and her brothers Anthony Ambesi and Frank Ambesi. She is survived by her son Donald (Marge) of East Hartford, CT., three grandchildren, Deanna (Domenick) Grasso of Altamont, Mark (Sarah) Articolo of MA. and Michael (Lindsey) Articolo of CT., four great grandchildren, Dominic Grasso, Ava Articolo, Andrew Articolo and Benjamin Articolo, her sister Marie (Stanley) Johnson of Clifton Park, brother-in-law, Alfred Articolo, sister-in-law Connie Schultz, nieces Karen Johnson, Susan Johnson, Kathleen (Dan) McGraw all of Clifton Park and Debbie (Bart) Tessoro of Amsterdam as well as many other nieces and nephews. Ann’s family would like to add a special thank you to her devoted nursing family; Dominique, Cathleen, Grace, Sarah and Pat. Your care and dedication to her was a blessing and a gift. We will cherish you always. At Ann's request, her funeral services will be private. Burial will be at St.'s Cyril & Method Cemetery in Rotterdam.
