Angelina (Delavic) Lackey

Rotterdam – We are sad to announce the passing of Angelina Lackey. She passed away in Florida after a short illness on March 20, 2022 with her family by her side. She was 83years old. Angelina, known by friends and family as “Dolly” was born on September 15, 1938. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and worked as a supervising registered nurse at Glendale Nursing Home until her retirement. Angelina was predeceased by her parents, Anthony “Lefty” and Katherine DeLavic and her husband, Ernest Lackey Jr. She is survived by her only son, James Skinner, his wife, Gina, 4 grandsons and 7 great grandchildren as well as her sister, Louise Angers. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, April 27th at 10:30am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 210 Princetown Rd., Rotterdam.
