Andrea Adonnino

Rotterdam- Andrea Adonnino, 81 passed away peacefully at Ellis hospital on July 20 2015 with his devoted wife and family at his side. He was born in Licata Sicily on March 12 1934 a son of the late Antonio And Concetta Nacaratti Adonnino. He was predeceased by his brother Guiseppe Adonnino. He was veteran of the Italian Air Force formerly a long shore man in Brooklyn NY He established the Licata Society and was its very first President. He was the co owner of Home Style Pizza & Submarine from 1973 until he retired in 2000. He enjoyed gardening traveling watching soccer and his daily glass of wine with dinner. Andrea is survived by his beloved wife Rina (Bennice)Adonnino his daughter Concetta Zukoski, son Anthony Adonnino, daughter Maria Adonnino son Joseph Adonnino his grandchildren Andrew Zukoski, Rina( Jason)Reynolds DeAnna AdonninoShawn Zukoski Robbie Healy and Andre Adonnino and great grandson Derek Reynolds. Family and friends are invited to call at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home Inc 1605 Helderberg Ave Rotterdam on Wednesday July 22 2015 from 5 pm to 7pm.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace on Thursday July 23 2015 at 9:30 am.
