Agnes Theresa Hyam, of Schenectady passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Ellis Hospital, she was 82. Agnes was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Dennis Kennedy and Theresa Zubal.She was a graduate of Draper High School. Agnes' work career included two years with General Electric as an order typist. She was employed for many years with Pioneer Bank in Rotterdam, retiring as head teller. For enjoyment Agnes bowled with several leagues. She also enjoyed traveling, especially trips to the Cape during the fall. She greatly enjoyed Friday breakfasts over the years with Betty and Corina. In addition to her parents, Agnes was also predeceased by her beloved husband Raymond Hyam in 1976, her step father Charles Zubal and her longtime companion, Richard Kielb. She is survived by her loving son Raymond ( Sandra) Hyam Jr, three grandchildren; Raymond (Amber) Hyam III. Christopher Hyam and Patrick Hyam;great grandson; Patrick Hyam Jr. her brother; Dennis (Marge) Kennedy, her nephews; Kevin (Deborah) Kennedy, Brian (Heather) Kennedy, Steven Kennedy andher cat, Molly Malone. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, 10am at the funeral home followed by burial in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
