Kaylee Sue Vannostrand

Schenectady, N.Y.- Kaylee Sue Van Nostrand, 27, died suddenly November 6, 2013. Kaylee was born February 13, 1986 in Schenectady, N.Y.She attended Mohansen High School and worked as a home health care aide.She is pre-deceased by grandparents Doris and Russell Van Nostrand of Marshalls Creek, PA, as well as many cousins. Left to cherish her memory are her loving parents Russ Van Nostrand, of Johnstown and Lori (Laney) Van Nostrand of Rotterdam; her cherished son Jordan R. Van Nostrand; her beloved brother Matty Van Nostrand of Rotterdam; her grandparents, Helen and Frank Alvarez of Schenectady; her friend and devoted father of Jordan, David Condon of Pattersonville as well as many loving, devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A calling period will be held Thursday November 14, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, located at 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam N.Y. 12084. A funeral service will immediately follow at 4:00 p.m.; the Rev. Julie MacDonald will be officiating. Kaylee's family would like to thank all of the wonderful friends and family who have already been so generous in their support and love during this difficult time.
